Our UK Team led by Sam Simon provides a wealth of experience and services to support your businesses accounting, compliance and tax needs with the possibility and cost advantages to outsource a variety of your business processes.Our UK Team of qualified accountants and Directors is based at our HQ in London. All with a wealth of experience in different sectors of accountancy and tax. Our offshore BPO team is based in India, a young dynamic selection of motivated and friendly, trained staff ready to take on a host of accounting and business support tasks during the day and while you sleep.

Sam is a Chartered Management Accountant.
He has previously chaired Westminster Citizens Advice Bureaux and was Financial Director of Age UK Southwark and Lewisham. Prior to that, Sam was a Financial Director for several publicly-listed companies in Advertising and Marketing. His clients as an Accountant have included Queen, Fuse ODG and Dawn Penn.
He has been in Practice for over 10 years.
Co-Founder and Director of 4-22 Foundation C.I.C. Sam is passionate about helping people from disadvantaged backgrounds to become socially mobile. His Accountancy and Employability Training Programme has helped over 70 young graduates find work with leading firms in financial services

After graduating in Math, management and qualifying as a management consultant Chartered Accountant, IT specialist and forensic accountant, Henry has worked for several years in this area. He also offers advice to the government on fraud prevention and investigation. Henry brings in a wealth of experience and directs all forensic investigations.

John is a Chartered Accountant who trained with Touche Ross/Deloittes and spent over 25 years in practice both in the UK and Australia. He has experience of large and small organisations both Commercial and Not for Profit and has also been the CEO of a Health Charity. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Worldwide and specialises in resolving difficult tax and commercial issues faced by clients.
